Live Well is a great CD for relaxation. Just wonderful music and relaxing voice. Can listen all the way through or divides up easily to use in segments. Highly recommend this.

I love the 11 Minute Nap CD. I am a speech pathologist in the public schools and in private practice. Everyone has at least 11 minutes to do this great deep
relaxation. After listening to the CD I feel totally relaxed as if I had slept a
good eight hours. I am able to accomplish tasks I was going to put off for another
time. I strongly recommend it to teachers and those in the care giving profession.

I asked Janet Montgomery to develop "Study and Test Well", a CD on test anxiety
for students in a graduate program I direct. Janet created a
beautiful piece that was of great benefit to the students. Those
who chose to use the CD were able to manage their anxiety
more effectively and performed exceptionally well on both
the written and oral exams. The students reported being able
to approach the process in a more relaxed and focused manner.
The Study and Test Well CD has also been helpful for individuals
preparing for board exams, SAT’s and job interviews. I would
highly recommend this CD for assistance with performance
anxiety related to test taking and formal presentations. Between

Sleep Well
I am a worrier. Being a worrier makes falling asleep very difficult. Even in grade school, thoughts would be rushing through my head as I watched the time on my alarm clock get later and later. The clock changing from late to now very early in the morning causes me more worry and more anxiety. When I was finally able to fall asleep, if something woke me up during the night, the worrying process kicked in again.
I’ve tried a variety of methods to help get me to sleep faster: reading, melatonin, music, etc. and found that it still takes me a long time to fall asleep. Two hours is about how long it took me to fall asleep before a friend recommended Sleep Well.
Sleep Well has given me something good to focus on while I wind down, instead of my regular worrying. The combination of the Jeff Gold’s soothing music and Janet Montgomery’s calming voice has really worked. Not only am I able to get to sleep much quicker, but if I wake up during the night, I can now go back to the place I ‘visit’ during Sleep Well and am soon back to sleep.
On another note, I used Sleep Well to help my nine year old son get to sleep. He unfortunately takes after my ‘worry at bedtime’ issue. He really likes using the CD and asks to listen to it at bedtime.
Sleep Well has been a real blessing in my home.
